01 Overview
Colidy has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to sexually exploit or endanger a child.
For these standards, child means anyone under 18. These standards apply to profiles, ideas, project spaces, chats, files, links, usernames, images, and any other user content or conduct connected to Colidy.
02 Prohibited content and conduct
The following content and behavior are prohibited:
- Creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, storing, praising, or threatening to distribute CSAM or any sexual content involving a child.
- Contacting or attempting to contact a child for sexual purposes, including grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, coercion, or encouraging a child to share sexual content.
- Sexualized comments, roleplay, images, or descriptions involving children, including fictional or AI-generated content intended to sexualize minors.
- Using Colidy to coordinate, advertise, buy, sell, trade, or facilitate exploitation or trafficking of a child.
- Sharing links, instructions, search terms, coded language, or off-platform directions intended to obtain or spread CSAM or CSAE.
03 Prevention and moderation
We design and operate Colidy with safeguards intended to reduce abuse and respond quickly when safety concerns are reported.
- Colidy is not intended for children under 13, and users who are not allowed to use the service under applicable law may not create accounts.
- We review reported accounts, content, and activity and may use technical signals, file metadata, and human review to detect abuse or policy evasion.
- Uploaded images and files may be restricted, removed, or blocked when they violate these standards or create a child safety risk.
- Accounts involved in CSAE, grooming, or attempts to evade enforcement may be suspended, terminated, and prevented from returning.
04 How to report
Anyone can report suspected CSAE or CSAM connected to Colidy by emailing [email protected]. Include links, screenshots, usernames, dates, and a short description when safe to do so.
Do not send CSAM to Colidy. If evidence is needed, provide a URL, message ID, account name, or other location details so our safety team can review and preserve evidence appropriately.
- Reports from users, parents, guardians, law enforcement, and child safety organizations are prioritized for review by the designated safety contact.
- If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first, then notify Colidy.
05 Our response process
When we identify or receive a credible report of CSAE or CSAM, we take action based on the risk, available evidence, and applicable law.
- Review the reported content, account, project, or communication context.
- Remove or restrict access to violating content and disable accounts responsible for serious violations.
- Preserve relevant account and content records when necessary for safety, investigation, or legal compliance.
- Report apparent CSAM or imminent child safety threats to the appropriate child protection, law enforcement, or legally required reporting authorities.
06 Cooperation with authorities
Colidy cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection authorities. We may disclose information when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect a child or prevent serious harm.
